- How do I set goals in the mentoring program using the SMART framework?
- How do I choose a mentor?
- How can I benefit from the mentee network?
- What are my responsibilities?
- How do I discuss sensitive topics in the mentoring program?
- How can I measure my success?
The event is aimed exclusively at participants in the mentoring programme for female postdocs.
