This workshop for emerging female academics* with an interest in
leadership and/or initial leadership experience offers food for
thought, provides space for reflection, and sets impulses for
action:

• Get a deeper understanding of leadership styles, types and
  tools
• (Further) develop/strengthen your own leadership profile /
  leadership compass
• Dive into co-creating leadership: creating change in the area of
  tension between existing structures and power hierarchies
• Identify and consciously use your own spheres of power and
  influence
