At the we will be looking at networking from a female perspective:
You will discuss the importance of online and offline networking
and the implications of gender: meritocracy myth, glass ceiling,
mentoring and do some hands-on work on the personal network
strategy of the attendees. After network analysis & network map
you will develop a personal networking plan: cold & warm contacts,
timeline and finding time for networking. There will be the possibility to present your personal pitch and connect it to develop
an „informational interview“ you can use in networking situations.
