Mentoring-Programm für Postdoktorandinnen im Universitätsbund Halle-Jena-Leipzig
Starter Workshop on June 13, 2024 (Thursday) from 9 to 12 a.m.
The starter workshop is a preparation for the upcoming mentoring and will take place online. During the starter workshop, the following questions will be answered:
- My motivation for participating in the mentoring program.
- How do I set goals in the mentoring program using the SMART framework?
- How do I choose a mentor?
- How can I benefit from the mentee network?
- What are my responsibilities?
- How do I discuss sensitive topics in the mentoring program?
- How can I measure my success?
The starter workshop will be led by Dr. Stephanie Müller-Otto. Ms. Müller-Otto is a social scientist and holds a doctorate in psychology with research stays at international universities and research institutes in the USA, Germany and Spain. She has many years of experience in managing institutions in the field of academic personnel development & university didactics, learning & development and studying & teaching at various locations and in different types of universities. She has been working as a coach, trainer and presenter since 2012.

Der Starter-Workshop dient der Vorbereitung auf das kommende Mentoring und findet online statt. Während des Starter-Workshops werden die folgenden Fragen beantwortet:
- Meine Motivation für die Teilnahme am Mentoring-Programm.
- Wie setze ich mir Ziele im Mentoring-Programm mit Hilfe des SMART-Frameworks?
- Wie wähle ich einen Mentor aus?
- Wie kann ich von dem Mentee-Netzwerk profitieren?
- Was sind meine Verantwortlichkeiten?
- Wie bespreche ich sensible Themen im Mentoring-Programm?
- Wie kann ich meinen Erfolg messen?
Der Einstiegsworkshop wird von Dr. Stephanie Müller-Otto geleitet. Frau Müller-Otto ist Sozialwissenschaftlerin und promovierte Psychologin mit Forschungsaufenthalten an internationalen Universitäten und Forschungsinstituten in den USA, Deutschland und Spanien. Sie verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Institutionen im Bereich der akademischen Personalentwicklung & Hochschuldidaktik, des Lernens & Entwickelns sowie des Studierens & Lehrens an verschiedenen Standorten und in unterschiedlichen Hochschultypen. Seit 2012 ist sie als Coach, Trainerin und Moderatorin tätig.
